Download the Confirmation Form below and send it to Parenthese by post, fax or email. Please include a copy of your passport and plane ticket with your application.
Parenthese will then proceed with applying for your Working Holiday Maker visa. Visa fees are not included in the program fees and will be debited from your credit card. (Fees are 270 AUD in July 2011) Please do not forget to sign your authorisation for this transaction on the confirmation form.
Your visa will be valid for 12 months as soon as you enter Australia even if you have only signed up for 6 months.
