| Work & Travel Australia: Experience a gap year down under |

Are you looking for a Gap Year program that will allow you to earn money and fund your travels? Together with our local partner AIFS; we have created a travel package that will take care of you from start to finish. Parenthese will process your Working Holiday Maker visa, provide you with your mandatory health insurance and arrange your arrival transfer as well as your temporary housing upon arrival. Once in Australia, our local partner AIFS will guide you through the administrative processes including your bank account, tax file number and start your job search with you!
The Working Holiday Maker visa allows you to work and travel in Australia for up to 12 months. This visa does not allow you to stay with the same employer for more then 6 months. You can however, have as many employers as you wish and change employers as often as you choose. We work around your schedule so you can leave when it works best for you; there are no fixed arrival or departure dates. You may also choose to sign up for any duration and extend later on (up to a total stay of 12 months) once you are in Australia.
This visa is for people aged 18 to 30 years of age, who are interested in a working holiday of up to 12 months in Australia. You may participate in this program if you hold a passport for one of the countries or regions participating with Australia in the Working Holiday Program: Belgium, Canada, The Republic of Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, The Republic of Ireland, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.
Only one Working Holiday visa is granted per person (don’t waste it on a short stay!) and it is validated for 12 months upon your arrival in Australia. In very specific cases, a second participation can be granted according to the current eligibility requirements: Second Working Holiday Visa. You may leave and re-enter Australia as many times as you wish while the visa is valid.

You can apply and obtain your Working Holiday visa without the assistance of a third party. You may also organise your trip on your own as well as take care of all of the administrative aspects of your work permits in Australia. However, Parenthese and AIFS can also do all of this work for you and provide you with a lot of support and extra services on the way. Our program includes you mandatory health insurance (without limit or co-pay), your visa application and access to Exchange HQ in Sydney: the centre that takes the work out of your working holiday. Exchange HQ will arrange for your Base Jump Loyalty discount card, open your Australian bank account, assist you in filing for your tax file number, give you access to their Jobs Desk, take you for a tour around Sydney and organize social events. When you come back, we will even help you get some of your taxes back!
