Promptness – Parenthese processes all applications the day of reception. This means that you always receive an immediate answer to your emails, regular updates on the status of your application and clear guidance on what to do next.
Efficiency – Parenthese & CIEE have the quickest turnaround time for providing you with the DS2019 & SEVIS receipt. You do not have to wait until you have the DS2019 to request your SEVIS receipt from Homeland Security. Parenthese & CIEE take care of the SEVIS for you! This saves you time and hassle.
Practicality – We do all we can to make it easy for you. We never require original documents or letters of reference. You can send us your application by email, fax or regular mail; we do all of the mandatory interviews by telephone when you are available (this interview is for the application only and does not replace the mandatory visa interview at the US Consulate).
Availability - Parenthese is at your service from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. You can stop by and see us when you wish; there is no need for an appointment (you will need to make an appointment for our London office). You can also call us when you have a question or send us an email. All of our participants receive weekly updates via email on the status of their application. You are never without information.
Proximity – Parenthese has two offices to serve you, one in Paris and another in London. Parenthese organizes over 100 school presentations each year all over France and in the UK.
Reliability - Each member of the Parenthese team is on a permanent contract. This ensures you a higher quality of information, follow up and service.
